This Will Be A Royal Wedding!

Last week I photographed an engaged couple, Lara and Danny; beautiful inside and out! Lara is Icelandic {is that how you say it? ;)}. This past winter, Lara and Danny went to Iceland to see her family and Danny popped the question right in front of a beautiful church (how romantic). If there was a jealousy button I'd hit it a million times! The way that Danny and Lara look at each other is beyond words that neither I nor anyone else could ever write. You will have to see it for yourselves! I can't wait to shoot their wedding this summer!

There are so many more, but how do I pick? I am in LOVE with all of them!

Cassandra's New Journey In Life

Saturday the 27th was one of the coldest days we have ever had for a February in WA State, and this amazing girl stuck it out to produce some great photos. With today's competitive marketplace, my friend Cassandra is taking a more aggressive approach to branding herself and building out her own website that will allow potential employers, and hopefully others in the community, become more familiar with her. They say networking is key and with everyone utilizing search engines these days, building a foundation for which to reference any projects or endeavors seems like a great idea! Similar to my own site, she plans to use her blog and webpages to present her work and her style. She asked me to take photographs of her to help accomplish this and asked that they present her professional side, while remaining personable. Now that we got this part taken care of through the wind and snow (yes, it was snowing in Seattle that day!), www.cassandraandersen.com  will be launching soon!

This photo may not be all that professional, but when the opportunity presented itself I had to take it! This will be featured in an upcoming photo show at Olympic College. Thanks Cassandra for letting me achieve this cool red art!
